Danni Schreffler is the assistant director of finance and operations. She joined UVA’s Democracy Initiative in May 2020, which merged with the Karsh Institute in July 2022. Prior to her time at UVA, she spent eight years in administration and public engagement at Randolph College’s Maier Museum of Art. Danni holds two degrees from the University of Lynchburg (formerly Lynchburg College), a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with minors in Museum Studies and English as well as a Master of Arts in English (Writing Emphasis).
